本研究以台灣地區國際觀光旅館員工為研究對象,探討工作價值觀、工作態度與工作績效之關係,以及主管領導風格是否會對工作價值觀與工作態度產生干擾效果。本研究採用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,受測對象除了國際觀光旅館各單位員工外,另請其直線主管以配對方式協助填答員工的工作績效狀況。共計發放員工問卷500份,回收有效問卷365份;主管問卷發放100份,回收有效問卷75份。研究結果顯示:工作價值觀與工作態度、工作投入及組織承諾呈顯著正相關;工作價值觀與工作績效頇透過工作態度與工作投入產生之中介效果才能與工作績效達到關聯性;主管領導風格之體恤與體制因素對於工作價值觀與工作態度、工作投入及組織承諾間具有干擾效果。

英文摘要

This research aims to explore the relations among work value, work attitude (including job involvement and organizational commitment) and job performance, and explore the director’s leadership may be the moderator between work value and work attitude of the employees in international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The research collected data through convenience sampling. The samples of this research were employees of the international tourist hotels in Taiwan, with director check on employees’ job performance. 500 questionnaires were sent to the employees and 100 questionnaires to the directors. A total of 365 valid questionnaires from employees were received and 75 questionnaires from directors were received. The research result are as follows: A positive correlation is found between work value and job attitude(including job involvement and organizational commitment). Mediated effect was shown in work attitude and job involvement toward work value and job performance. Director’s leading style with consideration and initiating structure has moderate effect on the relations between work value and work attitude (including job involvement and organizational commitment).
