本研究旨在以層級分析法(AHP)進行綠色供應鏈管理項目之評估。本研究以台灣PC零組件供應商為研究對象，透過文獻探討所彙整之綠色供應鏈管理系統架構中之設計構面、製程構面、管理構面作為本研究綠色供應鏈管理項目設計基礎。本研究對國內PC零組件供應商發放問卷後，再將架構內的項目建立成對比較矩陣，再利用Expert Choice軟體輸出數據，經過數據彙整之後，進行權重的評估。本研究運用層級分析法(AHP)進行綠色供應鏈管理項目對環境影響之重要性評比，在經過調查與數據分析後可以得到台灣PC零組件供應商在綠色供應鏈管理各項目對環境的影響上重視的程度。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Green supply chain management (GSCM). Taiwan’s PC suppliers are selected as sample in this study. Three perspectives, design, manufacturing and management perspectives based on literature survey, are used as a base of measures of supply chain management. The data from the questionnaires of Taiwan’s PC suppliers is used to evaluate the weightings of the measures of GSCM using Expert Choice software. From this study, the importance of the impact of GSCM measures on environment can be obtained by applying AHP method.
