As is the principal, so is the school. 校長對校務經營有舉足輕重的影響,如何有效分配時間,發揮領導工作效能,達成教育目標的稱職表現,尤為校長領導效能的第一要務。將其時間的使用管理化為微觀之分析,顯現在領導效能,可以掌握行政與領導職務特質及相關因素。本研究從校長對各項行政與校務處理時間分配的微觀分析,透過模糊問卷探究各領導層面比重,輔以模糊統計方法檢視時間運用的指數隸屬度函數相關討論,瞭解校長們是否把時間分配在關鍵處,充分發揮領導工作效能。本文:首先,以文獻探討瞭解校長領導層面的內涵、分類、對象;其次,以自行研發的模糊問卷,調查某縣抽樣80位國小校長的時間管理分配情形;接著,以觀察值與期望值的時間運用指數(IOE),透過模糊統計分析校長在領導層面的效能,並顯示此微觀分析結果;最後,根據研究結果,提供校長及教育行政機關領導工作效能之相關建議。

英文摘要

As is the leader, so is the school. A leader has a decisive influence to school management. Educational administration and leadership in the work environment and job characteristics on the working time of the application must also be efficient management. How to effectively allocate time and a leader's effectiveness to achieve educational goals of competent performance is especially important in leadership effectiveness. In this study, we use fuzzy statistical analysis from leaders to various administrative and processing time distributions. Based on the fuzzy survey, we find that the leaders in the time allocated, effective leadership performance levels, providence for educational administration and leadership are highly correlated with time allocation.
