淋巴瘤在後腹腔的表現是非常多樣化的，有許多的病例往往必須接受剖腹探查後才能獲得確定的診斷，特別是那些以極特殊影像來表現的病患。本文介紹一個罕見的後腹腔淋巴瘤的表現：腫瘤將腎動脈包圍而沒有引起腎動脈的阻塞。最終的病理診斷為非何杰氏淋巴瘤。我們針對此罕見的病例提出討論，並作文獻上的回顧。

In many cases a lymphoma is diagnosed initially during surgical exploration, especially in patients with on unusual image presentation. We report on a case in which the tumor presented as a perirenal hilar mass encasing the right renal artery without causing vascular occlusion. Final diagnosis was determined by histopathological examination, which revealed the specific characteristics of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This unusual case is discussed, and the literature is reviewed.
