陰莖偽性上皮細胞增生症併雲母狀龜頭炎是一種少見的疾病，它是一種陰莖慢性發炎的疾病，然而卻易誤診為鱗狀上皮細胞癌，本篇報告一例此類患者在接受包皮切除術後並局部塗抹5-FLUOROURACIL ( 5-FU）一年後並無復發的現象，我們回顧文獻並對其診斷及治療經過做一詳細討論。

Pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia, keratotic and micaceous balanitis(PEKMB) Are extremely rare, and can be mistaken for squamous cell carcinoma of the penis. A case of PEKMB in a 62-year old patient is presented, and the lesion has been treated successfully with circumcision and topical 5-fluorouracil cream, with no evidence of recurrence at 1-year follow-up. We review previously reported cases, and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of this entity.
