本文報告一例二十五歲男性所罹患罕見之陰囊神經鞘瘤，提出我們診斷，手術及術後追蹤治療的過程，並做文獻回顧。

An unusual case is reported of a 25-year-old man with a scrotal neurilemmoma. The clinical diagnosis and management are presented and the literature is reviewed.
