本研究旨在探究學生於教學回饋意見問卷填載開放題所述文字之意義,以U科技大學一百學年度第二學期為研究對象,剔除無具體陳述意見資料後,具體可分析資料3,297筆,採質性研究取徑,以內容分析歸納結論為:一、學生反映教學意見著重對教師的主觀感受,較無具體描述教學內涵;二、學生反映教學意見較無具體陳述教學內容與教學方法,較少關心學習如何學習;三、學生反映教學意見質疑老師評分公平程度,較少論及評量在於自我比較,並依研究結果提出對各大學校院實施教學評量制度以及進一步研究之建議。
The study aims to explore the meaning of students’ descriptive opinions of teaching feedback on open questions in the questionnaire. U technological university joined the study in the second semester, 2012. After eliminating none concrete descriptive opinions, 3297 data points were used for the study. Quantitative approach was applied. According to content analyses, the researcher generalised following conclusions: 1. “teaching content” showed fewer descriptive teaching outlines as its goals. 2. “Teaching methodology” is usually overlapped with “teaching contents.” 3. “Teaching evaluation” tends to doubt the justice of teachers’ evaluations. The study results will provide evidence to academia, administration and teaching as reference.
