本研究的目的在探討青少年運動代表隊組訓活動中的各種因素，對青少年運動員道德發展可能的影響。本文採用文獻探討的方法進行研究；研究結果發現：運動道德的範疇中倫理學、道德與品德等辭彙概念往往混用而並無顯著不同；其次澄清運動道德的意涵主要為同情心、公平、運動員精神及正直；最後發現組訓的目的必然包含品德教育的意涵，且家長；教練以及賽會三方面對青少年運動員之運動道德發展有關鍵的影響。結論：透過運動代表隊組訓來提升青少年運動道德層次發展有其正面與積極的意義。

This proposal is to explore the various factors in youth sports teams and training system, the possible effects to young athlete’s morality. This paper is build by literature research; study results found: in the areas of sports ethics, ethics, morality and character glossary concepts are not significantly different ;secondary to make sure the meaning of sports morality such as compassion、fairness sportsmanship and integrity ; Finally: the purpose of training must include the implications of moral education; parents, coach and game are the three keys to develop young athletes’ morality. Conclusion: the moral level development of youth sports team through sports teams and training system to enhance positive significance.
