教育學家Steiner 所創設的華德福學校,不論在國際或國內,皆形成一股風潮。 華德福學校在課程設計的精神上,與創始人Steiner 所提的七年一期三階段教育論有 密切的關聯。目前Steiner 的教育階段論的論述散見於各專書或文章中,較無統整的 專門文章討論,本文目的即企圖統整論述教育階段論,釐清其對華德福課程之蘊義, 最後並針對教育階段論的教育論述,提出一些可能的省思與批判討論面向,以求從不 同的面向來思考教育階段論。

英文摘要

The Waldorf School, founded by Rudolf Steiner, has spread fast worldwide. The philosophy of curriculum in Waldorf School is based on Rudolf Steiner’s educational stage theory. However, there have been no specific papers on Rudolf Steiner’s educational stage theory. This paper examines the theory of Rudolf Steiner’s educational stage theory, and studies how it influences the curriculum in Waldorf School. Finally, positive feedback is provided on Rudolf Steiner’s educational stage theory, and this approach may help us better understand the whole philosophy from a different aspect.
