健康大數據研究涉及個人隱私資料，如何強化資訊安全與避免侵犯個人隱私，讓大數據之研究能對人類健康有所貢獻，是重要的議題。本文討論有助於維護資訊安全的工具，並以衛生福利部之「衛生福利資料科學中心」為例，說明這些資訊安全工具之實際應用。
英文摘要
Health big data researches will definitely touch upon personal privacy issues. How to strengthen information security, avoid breaching personal privacy and make contributions towards health knowledge advancement is crucial. This manuscript is discussing tools reinforcing information security, and will elaborate corresponding practical applications based on an exemplar of “health data science center of ministry of health and welfare”.
