Abstract-The purpose of this study is choice the product model-making design by model materials. Product model was made by the material composition. How to screen the most appropriate material to become the model structure and making elements and finally achieve the optimal result has become a very important job in model making creation. This research utilizes the analytical method of Quality Function Deployment and Grey Relation Analysis method to combine experts’ opinion. Hence, to explore the strategies of the choice of product model materials and order of materials’ application can be found, and the design consensus among the professionals can be obtained. This promotes product model making to be closer to the quality requirements of human nature, and can be reaches the design application balance between “model quality and material.” The study is to produce the best material selection diagram modeling courses for all students and learners. This realization of the best choice based on mathematical diagram. Its chart is based on the experience of experts to improve existing material application thinking.
