童軍活動以培養青少年成為健全的公民為目的,童軍教育非常重視團體行為以及成員之間的人際互動,本研究旨在探討與瞭解團體動力與團體凝聚力對國民中學童軍教育學習滿意度之影響。本研究以問卷調查方式來達成研究目的,結果顯示,當團體動力與團體凝聚力越高,對學習童軍相關活動的學習滿意度有正向顯著之關係,據此可以提出具體建議供童軍教師及後續研究者之參考依據。

英文摘要

This study focuses on the influence and relationship between group dynamics, group cohesion and learning satisfaction in Scout Education. This study firstly develops the research direction, and then apply to study the theory of group dynamics, group cohesion and learning satisfaction in Scout Education. In addition, to take the satisfaction scales which are based on similar framework as reference to analyze the questionnaires. This study will be based on the results of the study to discuss and make specific recommendations for scout teachers and follow-up researchers as a basis for reference.
