本研究主要針對臺灣水鹿及紅鹿鹿茸水萃物之抗發炎活性及蛋白質組成差異進行 探討。試驗結果顯示,臺灣水鹿及紅鹿鹿茸水萃物可有效抑制細菌胞外脂多醣誘 導小鼠巨噬細胞產生之腫瘤壞死因子及介白素-6 等促發炎細胞激素之生成,且不 具任何細胞毒性。此外,兩種鹿茸水萃物皆可促進小鼠巨噬細胞產生抗發炎細胞 激素介白素-10。由二維蛋白質膠體電泳之結果顯示,兩種鹿茸水萃物間有6 個蛋 白質點具有明顯差異。另一方面,本研究亦探討儲存條件對臺灣水鹿鹿茸水萃物 抗發炎活性之影響,並發現儲存時間為主要影響因子。
The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of velvet antler water extractives from Formosan sambar deer (SVAE) and red deer (RVAE). Results indicated that SVAE and RVAE significantly reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells in a dose-dependent manner without cytotoxicity. In addition, SVAE and RAVE also enhanced the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 production in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells. 2D SDS-PAGE electrophoresis analysis revealed that 6 proteins content changed between these two velvet antlers samples. Furthermore, the influence of storage conditions on anti-inflammatory activity of SAVE were also determined in this study, the results indicated that the storage period is the major factor which affected the anti-inflammatory activity of SAVE.
