本試驗針對養豬廢棄物產量進行抽樣調查,探討飼養模式、豬舍型態或沖洗水量 與經營管理等是否會對豬糞廢棄物潛量或成分含量造成影響。結果顯示,調查35 場固液分離後之豬糞樣品,其水分含量介於 52~83% 之間,以採用固液分離機加 裝擠壓機的水分含量較低;有機質平均為 88%,氮、磷、鉀平均 2.5%、1.2% 與 0.3%;銅與鋅平均分別為 74.5 mg/kg 與 441 mg/kg。實際秤取 4 間豬場固液分 離後濕豬糞重量,換算每日每頭豬能蒐集到的豬糞乾物質為 47 克,與綠色國民 所得帳中提到豬糞每日每頭產生 300 克乾物量有所差距,研判應與豬隻飼養模式, 豬舍型態與沖洗方式有關,容易讓質地較軟的糞便經沖刷分離至廢水中進行發酵, 本試驗資料可做為未來推算畜禽廢棄物產量與推動廢棄物再利用之依據。

英文摘要

This experiment was conducted to investigate the output potential of the pig manure. The difference in feed management, pig house type and the usage amount of washing water will be discussed with the manure properties. The results showed that according to the survey of the 35 pig manure samples after separation, the water content of the pig manure is between 52-83%, the water content could be lower by the separator with extrusion machine. The average of the organic matter was 88%, the content of N, P and K were 2.5%, 1.2% and 0.3%, and the average of Cu and Zn were 74.5 mg/kg and 441 mg/kg. After separation, the dry matter of the pig manure was 47 g/day/head, which was much lower than the data in Green national income account. It might depend on the different of feed management, pig house type and the usage amount of washing water. The results could be useful to estimate the yield of the livestock manure and to push the current policy increasing the efficiency of the manure reuse.
