本試驗旨在收集畜試白絲羽烏骨雞、黑羽烏骨雞、藍殼蛋烏骨雞、商用烏骨雞不同年度飼 養環境下 16 週齡體重與存活情形。每一品種之種禽進行配種與收集種蛋，2015 年送至 財團法人農業科技研究院進行異地孵化與檢疫。10 日齡雛雞運送至高雄種畜繁殖場，進 行異地復育；2016 年收集高雄場種蛋運回總所孵化飼養，期間測定 16 週齡體重與存活 率情形。試驗結果顯示，2016 年黑羽烏骨雞、畜試白絲羽烏骨雞、商用烏骨雞、藍殼蛋 烏骨雞在 16 週齡存活率分別為 84%、74%、55%、94%；2015 年分別為 98%、79%、 93%、99%。2016 年雞 16 週齡體重顯著比 2015 年為重（P < 0.05）之品種者，為黑羽 烏骨雞、畜試白絲羽烏骨雞、藍殼蛋烏骨雞；而商用烏骨雞則 2016 年與 2015 年間無顯 著差異。2016 年母雞 16 週齡體重顯著比 2015 年為重（P < 0.05）之品種者，為畜試白 絲羽烏骨雞、藍殼蛋烏骨雞；其他如黑羽烏骨雞、商用烏骨雞則 2016 年與 2015 年間無 顯著差異。
英文摘要
The experiment was to investigate the difference of body weight and livability of LRI white silky chicken, black silky chicken, blue shell silky chicken and commercial silky chicken at 16 weeks of age in different year and feeding environment. Breeder eggs were collected after insemination of each breed of breeder chicken. The breeder eggs were delivered to Agricultural Technology Research Institute for hatching and quarantine in 2015. The chicks at 10 days of age were delivered to Kaohsiung Propagation Station-LRI for restoration in other place. Breeder eggs from Kaohsiung Propagation Station-LRI were delivered to LRI for hatching and feeding in 2016. The results indicated that livability of LRI black silky chicken, white silky chicken, commercial silky chicken and blue shell silky chicken at 16 weeks of age were 84%, 74%, 55% and 94%, respectively in 2016, and 98%, 79%, 93% and 99%, respectively in 2015. LRI black silky chicken, white silky chicken and blue shell silky chicken had significantly higher body weight at 16 weeks of age in 2016 than those in 2015 ( P < 0.05). No significant difference was found in commercial silky chicken between 2016 and 2015. Females of LRI white silky chicken and blue shell silky chicken had significantly higher body weight in 2016 than those in 2015 ( P < 0.05). No significant difference was found in LRI black silky chicken and commercial silky chicken between 2016 and 2015.
