本研究目的為評估以新鮮蛋雞糞,或在新鮮蛋雞糞中加入不同比例的乾雞糞,利 用以小型玻璃罩脫水裝置在抽氣操作下,進行脫水試驗,探討不同原料組成之脫 水效能。結果顯示,新鮮蛋雞糞連續抽氣經 48 h 後之含水率從 75.0% 降至 60.0%; 乾雞糞與新鮮蛋雞糞依體積比 1:1 與 2:1 混合,並連續抽氣 24 h,其含水率分別 從 54.38% 降至 16.64% 與 39.89% 降至 14.19%。新鮮蛋雞糞經連續抽氣 48 h 之脫水效能為 20.6 h/kg,乾雞糞與新鮮蛋雞糞以體積 1:1 與 2:1 混合經 7 h 連 續抽氣之脫水效能則分別為 3.91 h/kg 與 4.83 h/kg。試驗結果顯示,乾雞糞與新 鮮蛋雞糞以體積比 1:1 或 2:1 混合可縮短雞糞脫水時間。
The efficiency on drying of layer litter of a small scale dewater facility made of glass were investigated under full-time air suction. The results of showed the moisture content of fresh layer litter was reduced from 75.0 to 60.03% after 48 hours in the facility. The moisture content of 1:1 mixture of dry and fresh layer litter was reduce from 54.38 to 16.64%, while that of 2:1 mixture was reduce from 39.89 to 14.19% after 24 hours in the facility. The dewatering efficiencies of the fresh layer litter was 20.60 hr/kg after 24 hours, while those of 1:1 and 2:1 mixture were 3.91 and 4.83 h/kg after 7 hours, respectively. The results showed of 1:1 and 2:1 mixture of dry and fresh layer litter would lessen dewater time.
