磷礦為一種重要且不可再生之資源,對農業及工業發展有重大之貢獻。厭氧消化後之豬糞尿廢 水及污泥含有高濃度之磷及氮含量。廢水中之磷可透過鳥糞石(磷酸銨鎂)之結晶而回收,其可 同時去除廢水中的磷及氮。調查本所及4場養豬場三段式廢水處理系統厭氧處理後之廢水,氨 態氮、總磷、鎂、鈣及鉀含量平均分別為 488、48.4、43.4、62.6 及 192 mg/L。以曝氣法可 提高豬厭氧處理後之廢水 pH 值,經 3 小時曝氣後 pH 由 6.93 上升至 8.94;接續進流(HRT 3 h)豬厭氧處理後之廢水並持續曝氣,藉由磷酸銨鎂結晶之形成來去除及回收磷(試驗期 8 天),結果顯示,水中總磷、正磷酸鹽及鎂之去除率為 57.9、60.0 及 34.8%。另取豬廢水厭 氧處理模型槽之礦物結晶進行成分分析,其磷、鎂、氮及鈣含量分別為 14.5、11.5、5.00 及 0.23%,鉀、鈉、銅及鋅含量為 749、111、3.63 及 16.9 mg/kg。綜上,曝氣法可有效提高豬 厭氧處理後之廢水 pH 值,藉由磷酸銨鎂結晶之形成降低廢水中之氮磷濃度。

英文摘要

Phosphorus rock is an important and non-renewable resource, making a major contribution to agricultural and industrial development. Anaerobically digested swine wastewater and sludge contain high concentrations of phosphorus and nitrogen. Phosphorus can be recovered from wastewater through crystallization of struvite (MgNH4PO4·6H2O) and it can simultaneously remove P and N from the wastewater. The results of investigation of three-step wastewater treatment systems of TLRI and 4 swine farms the anaerobic digested wastewater showed the NH4 +-N, TP, Mg, Ca and K were 488, 48.4, 43.4, 62.6 and 192 mg/L. The pH value of swine anaerobic digested wastewater was increased by aeration, from 6.93 to 8.94 in 3 h. A Continuous – flow (HRT 3 h) with aeration to removal and recovery P by struvite crystallization without chemical additions experiment (period of 8 d), the result show that the TP, PO4 3- and Mg removal rates were 57.9, 60.0 and 34.8% for swine anaerobic digested wastewater. The recovered solids were scraped off the anaerobic digested tanks of swine wastewater, the P, Mg, N, Ca contents of crystallization were 14.5, 11.5, 5.00 and 0.23%, the K, Na, Cu and Zn contents were 749, 111, 3.63 and 16.9 mg/kg. In conclusion, air stripping is an effective method to increase pH value of anaerobic digested swine wastewater, and it can simultaneously remove N and P from the wastewater by struvite crystallization.
