本試驗旨在探討杜洛克母豬(D)與高畜黑豬公豬(K)進行雜交後代之合適粗蛋白質及能量需要 量,以調整目前使用商業用三品種雜交肉豬完全飼料配方所可能造成營養素浪費情形,並進行部分 生長性狀及血液生化值之探討。試驗進行 6 週且採用 2 x 2 複因子設計,分別探討粗蛋白質含量 (15.5% 及 14%)與代謝能(3,250 kcal/kg 及 3,100 kcal/kg)對體重、平均每日增重(Average daily gain, ADG)、平均每日採食量(Average daily feed intake, ADFI)、飼料轉換率(Feed conversion ratio, FCR)、血漿尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen, BUN)及肌酸酐之影響。結果顯示,在代謝能部分,各項 性狀皆無顯著差異(P > 0.05);在粗蛋白質部分,粗蛋白質含量 15.5% 在 4-6 週 ADG、第 6 週 平均體重、試驗期間 ADG 及試驗期間 FCR 顯著較粗蛋白含量 14% 佳(P < 0.05),其餘性狀無 顯著差異(P > 0.05);0-2 週 ADG、4-6 週 ADG、第 6 週平均體重、試驗期間 ADG、4-6 週 ADFI、 試驗期間 ADFI 及試驗期間 FCR 則以粗蛋白質含量 15.5% 搭配代謝能 3,250 kcal/kg 最好。由試 驗結果得知,粗蛋白質含量 15.5% 對於生長期肉豬表現較好,且搭配代謝能 3,250 kcal/kg 可有較 佳之生長表現。
The study was conducted to analyze and discuss the appropriate crude protein (CP) and metabolic energy (ME) amounts of Duroc (D) female and KHAPS black pigs (K) male crossbred pigs for adjusting the current formula and preventing the probably excessive nutrition. The trial was designed by two by two factorial design (CP 15.5% and 14%, ME 3,250 kcal/kg and 3,100 kcal/kg) for six weeks. Traits were including weight, average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), feed conversion ratio (FCR), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine. The results showed that all traits were not significantly different in ME 3,250 kcal/kg and ME 3,100 kcal/kg (P > 0.05). The week 4-6 ADG, weight at 6 week, whole period ADG and whole period FCR in CP 15.5% were higher than CP 14% significantly (P < 0.05). The other traits were not significantly different between different CP (P > 0.05). The week 0-2 ADG, week 4-6 ADG, weight at 6 week, week 4-6 ADFI, whole period ADG, whole period ADFI and whole period FCR of CP 15.5% with ME 3,250 kcal/kg were highest in four groups. In conclusion, the growth performance of growing pigs was better in diet containing CP 15.5% with ME 3,250 kcal/kg.
