本試驗探討高溫溼度指數下於飼糧中補充鋅銅錳對荷蘭乳牛行動分數與泌乳性能之 影響。試驗期為 120 天,將 24 頭泌乳中期荷蘭乳牛依體重、乳量、胎次與泌乳天 數逢機分成兩組,分別於基礎日糧中補充 0(對照組)及每天每頭補充 360 mg 鋅、 125 mg 銅及 200 mg 錳(試驗組)。行動分數採 5 分制(1 至 5 分),乳成分則測 定乳脂率、乳蛋白質率、乳糖率、無脂固形物率、總固形物率及體細胞數等。試驗結 果顯示,試驗期間平均溫溼度指數(Temperature-humidity index, THI)為 79.2 單位。 飼糧補充鋅銅錳可能有助減緩牛隻行動分數(2.32 vs.1.72)及提高牛隻乾物質採食量 之趨勢,但是對產乳量與泌乳效率無影響。乳成分部分,飼糧補充鋅銅錳有提高餵飼 後 30 天之乳糖率與總固形物率,及餵飼後 60 天之乳脂率與總固形物率之趨勢,但 是在餵飼後 90 天及 120 天後之乳成分各處理之間無顯著差異。由上述結果得知, 在高溫濕度指數下,於飼糧中補充鋅銅錳可能有助改善牛隻腳蹄健康與乾物質採食量 之現象。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of Zn, Cu and Mn on locomotion score and milking performance of Holstein lactating cows under high temperature-humidity index. The trial period was 120 days. A complete randomized design was adopted. A total of 24 Holstein lactating cows were assigned into two groups according to their body weight, milk yield, parity and days in milk. Cows received diets containing 0 (control) and 360mg Zn, 125mg Cu, and 200mg Mn a day per head for 120 days. The results showed that the average temperature and humidity index (THI) was 79.2 units. Dietary supplementation of zinc, copper and manganese could help retard locomotion score (2.32 vs. 1.72) and increase dry matter intake of dairy cow, but not affected on milk yield and lactation efficiency. Dietary supplemented with Zn, Cu, and Mn trendily increased the milk lactose rate and total solid rate after 30 days of feeding, and milk fat percentage and total solid rate after feeding for 60 days, but there was no significant difference between the treatments of the milk composition after after 90 days and 120 days. It could be concluded that supplementation of zinc, copper and manganese in diets under high temperature-humidity index could help improve cow’s hoof health and dry matter intake.
