Macleaya cordata 植生素具有促進養分利用的作用,可能提升熱季初產母羊的表現。本試 驗使用 4 隻雜交種母羊(33.35±3.28 kg),限食餵給百慕達草稈(體重 2%)和精料(體 重 1.5%),礦物鹽磚與飲水供應任食,處理組羊隻(n=2)的精料中額外添加M. cordata 植生素添加物 Sangrovit(0.04 g/kg 體重/日, SGV),試驗期為 3 週。羊隻在開始與結束 連續 2 天秤重,每天紀錄飲水量與產乳量(07:30、20:00),並取乳室最前面的 30 毫升 檢測乳固形物。在試驗開始前和試驗最後一天,於早上餵食前與後 2 小時檢測血酮,在 試驗期第 15~21 天收集羊隻全部糞便,以計算乾物質消化率。結果顯示,SGV 對體重 (33.80、32.74 公斤)、乳量(1.30、1.27 公斤/日)與乳固形物(10.83、10.65%)沒有影 響。羊隻將芻料與精料完全採食完畢,而日糧乾物質消化率(0.64、0.66)並無處理差異。 血酮濃度不論在餵食前(0.40、0.60 mM)與後(0.70、1.05 mM),均未受日糧補充 SGV 所影響。

英文摘要

Phytobiotic from Macleaya cordata can enhance nutrient utilization, which may improve performance of early-lactating primiparous goat does in hot season. This study used 4 cross-bred dairy does (33.35±3.28 kg) fed with bermudagrass straw (2% body weight) and concentrate(1.5% body weight). Mineral salt block and water were for free choice. Treatment does (n=2) received added M. cordata phytobiotic additive Sangrovit (100 mg/kg BW/d, SGV) in concentrate. The trial lasted for 3 weeks. Goats were weighed for two consecutive days at start and end of trial. Water intake and milk production were recorded daily (07:30, 20:00). Milk solids content was measured on first 30 ml of milk collected. Blood ketone was measured on last day before (0 h) and 2 h after the morning feeding. Total feces were collected from day 15 to 21 for digestibility measurement. The results showed no effect of SGV on body weight (33.80, 32.74 kg), milk production (1.30, 1.27 kg/d) and milk solids (10.83, 10.65%). All goats consumed forage and concentrate completely, and dry matter digestibility (0.64, 0.66) did not differ due to treatment. Dietary SGV supplementation had no influence on blood ketone either before (0.40, 0.60 mM) or after (0.70, 1.05 mM) feeding.
