本試驗旨在探討飼糧中含不同比例,具增強白血球吞噬能力及提升免疫作用等功效,及在 中國大陸被製做成中醫成藥使用的草本植物複方(魚腥草、金銀花、大青葉、蒲公英)對 懷孕母豬及哺乳豬生長性能之影響。選取經產之畜試黑豬一號母豬 12 頭,依配種順序逢 機分成四組。對照組母豬於懷孕開始日起日餵 2 公斤懷孕母豬飼糧至懷孕期第90 日。第 91 日開始日餵 2.4 公斤直到分娩。試驗組之母豬自懷孕期第 75 至 84 天、第 101 至 110 天及分娩後第 3 天至第 12 天,每日頭母豬飼糧中分別添加 0.5%(w/w)、1%(w/w)、 2%(w/w)該草本植物複方共 3 次,每次為期 10 天,餵飼飼料量與上對照組相同。試 驗期間測定母豬懷孕期增重、出生仔豬總頭數、死仔數、活仔豬數、離乳頭數、哺乳期仔 豬增重等。試驗結果顯示,對照組及試驗組母豬糞便 pH 值介於 pH 6.82 至 7.18 間無 顯著差異。對照組的哺乳豬存活率及離乳頭數皆達 100% 優於試驗組,試驗組則以添加 1%最佳。

英文摘要

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different proportions on diets, enhanced phagocytosis of white blood cells and enhanced immune function, and herbal remedies used in Chinese medicine (Houttuynia cordata, Honeysuckle, Folium, Dandelion) On the growth performance of pregnant sows and suckling pigs. Selected by the production of the sheep to try the pig on the 1st sow 12, according to the order of each machine is divided into four groups. The control group sows feed 2 kg of pregnant sows on the 90th day of pregnancy from the date of pregnancy. On the 91st day, we feed 2.4 kilograms until childbirth. The sows of the test group were supplemented with 0.5% (w / w), 1% (w / w), respectively, from the 75th to 84th day of the pregnancy, the 101st to the 110th day and the 3rd day to the 12th day after delivery. w / w), 2% (w / w) of the herbs compound for 3 times, each time for 10 days, feeding the same amount of feed and the control group.
