試驗 採 2×2 複因子設計,於懷孕期及哺乳期之蛋白質及代謝能含量分別為低蛋白低能量組(CP 11.5%、2,939 kcal ME/kg 及 CP 15.8%;2939 kcal ME/kg)、低蛋白組(CP 11.5%、3,265 kcal ME/kg 及 CP 15.8%;3,265 kcal ME /kg)、低能量組(CP 12.8%、2,939 kcal ME/kg 及 CP 17.5%、 2, 939 kcal ME/kg)及對照組(NRC 標準,12.8%、3,265 kcal ME/kg 及 CP 17.5%、3,265 kcal ME /kg)等 4 種處理組。

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary protein and energy levels on the reproductive performance during pregnancy and lactation period in high meat quality black sows. A 2 x 2 factorial were arranged. The treatment diets containing low-protein and energy group (CP 11.5%, 2,939 kcal ME/kg and CP 15.8%, 2,939 kcal ME/kg), low-protein group (CP 11.5%, 3,265 kcal ME/kg and CP 15.8%, 3,265 kcal ME/kg ), low-energy group (CP 12.8%, 2,939 kcal ME/kg and CP 17.5%, 2, 939 kcal ME/kg ) and control group (NRC standard, CP 12.8%, 3,265 kcal ME/kg and CP 17.5%, 3,265 kcal ME/kg ) in pregnancy and lactation period, respectively. The sow fed 2.4 kg diet per day during gestation duration 75-107 days. Water and feed were provided ad libitum during the lactation period. The results revealed that the daily gain and back-fat thickness in control group was significantly higher than (P < 0.05) than that of the low-protein and energy group during gestation (75-107 days). The weight loss in control group was significantly lower than that of the low-protein and energy group during lactation. The piglets birth weight in control group and low-energy group were significantly higher than that of the low-protein and energy group (P < 0.05). The body weight and survival rate at weaning in control group was significantly higher than that of the low-protein and energy group (P < 0.05). These results indicate that increasing dietary CP and energy level could improve body weight of sows and litter performance during gestation and lactation period in black sows diet.
