本研究旨在探討儲藏天數對白羅曼種蛋儲蛋失重及孵化性狀之影響。試驗使用 411 枚初 產(37 到 50 週齡)之白羅曼鵝種蛋,每日收集後儲藏於 16 ℃溫度 2 到 9 天直至入 孵,試驗期間為 2017 年 2 月 23 日至 4 月 22 日,共進行 5 批次試驗種蛋孵化及數 據收集。結果顯示,種蛋儲藏 5、6、7、8 及 9 天顯著相對於儲藏 2、3 及 4 天有較高 失重比率(P < 0.05),儲藏 2 天之種蛋相對於儲藏 4、5、6、7、8 及 9 天之種蛋顯著 減少受精蛋孵化率(P < 0.05),儲藏 3 天之種蛋受精蛋孵化率相對於儲藏 8 及 9 天之 種蛋有較低之趨勢(P < 0.1),儲藏天數對種蛋受精率、孵化率、胚胎死亡率及雛鵝出生 體重皆無顯著差異(P > 0.05)。綜合上述,初產白羅曼鵝種蛋儲藏失重隨儲藏天數而增 加,種蛋儲藏 3 天內入孵可能降低其受精蛋孵化率。
This study was carried out to determine the effect of storage period on egg weight loss and hatching performance in White Roman geese eggs. The total number of 411 eggs were collected from White Roman geese at first lay (37 to 50 week-old). Geese eggs were storage at 16℃ and incubated by the number of days the eggs were stored (2 to 9 days). The data was collected from five hatches from February 23 to April 22, 2017. The results indicated that egg weight loss was significantly higher at 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 days storage time as compare to that of 2, 3 and 4 days (P < 0.05). Hatchability of fertile eggs were significantly decreased at 2 days storage time compared to that of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 days storage time (P < 0.05). The hatchability of fertile eggs on the storage period at 3 days storage time showed the lower trend than that of 8 and 9 days (P < 0.1). However, no significant effects were found in egg storage period on fertility, hatchability of total eggs, embryonic mortality and gosling weight at hatching (P > 0.05). In conclusion, the egg weight loss increased with the length of storage period in White Roman geese at first lay. Geese eggs stored for less than 3 days could decrease the hatchability of fertile eggs.
