傳統上,養豬廢水之處理模式為固液分離、厭氣處理及好氣處理後沉澱放流,近 年由於沼氣發電議題興起,為提升養豬廢水之沼氣產量,因此本試驗之目的為探 討養豬廢水不進行固液分離,而直接進行厭氣處理,對其廢水處理水質與沼氣產 量之影響。試驗分為不固液分離組(試驗組)與固液分離組(對照組)。厭氣與好 氣處理模型槽之體積分別為 1m3 與 500 L,厭氣處理停留時間分別為 10 天與 2 天。每 3 天收集最終處理後之放流水進行分析。定期排除厭氣處理槽之污泥並記 錄。每天收集與紀錄沼氣產量。試驗結果顯示,試驗組原水中之總固體、懸浮固 體及化學需氧量分別為 6,087±2,587、4,685±2,192 及 11,177 ±7,898,約為對照組 之 2-3 倍。試驗組之污泥產量為對照組之 26 倍,但平均每天沼氣產量為對照組 之 10 倍。各組之養豬廢水經處理後之放流水質皆能符合法規標準。綜上所述, 養豬廢水不經固液分離,直接行厭氣處理能大幅度提高沼氣產量,但厭氣污泥產 量亦隨之大增,需定期將污泥排除方能使放流水質符合法規標準。

英文摘要

Traditionally, The pig wastewater treatment system are solid-liquid separation, anaerobic treatment and aerobic treatment. Recently, the biogas for power generation is popular. Thus, the purpose of this study was to survey the effect of solid-liquid separation on pig wastewater treatment and biogas production pig wastewater biogas production. The experiment divide into two group (solid-liquid separation (SLE) and without solid-liquid separation (WSLE). The pilot plant was constructed on a pig farm, which included an upward conveying separator, a 1000L anaerobic digester and a 500L aerobic digester. The hydraulic retention times of anaerobic digester and aerobic digester were 10 day and 2 day, respectively. The influent and effluent was collecting per three day and analysis included TS, SS and COD. The sludge was discharge of anaerobic reactor at regular time. The biogas production was record per day. Results revealed that the TS, SS and COD in SLE was 6,087±2,587, 4,685±2,192 and 11,177 ±7,898 which is twenty-six high than the WSLE. The biogas production of SLE high ten times more than the WSLE. The effluent quality can met regulation on both group. In conclusion, SLE biogas production increases as the sludge increases. Thus, the effluent quality can met regulation with sludge discharge at regular.
