褐色菜鴨畜試一號(BI)是由農委會畜產試驗所宜蘭分所經多年選育而產生產蛋性能優越的菜 鴨品系,為了生產可供外銷之雜交品系,本實驗依較高產蛋性能育種價與較低近親系數選擇親 代,先由白色菜鴨保種族群(GWT)公鴨與褐色菜鴨畜試一號母鴨雜交產生子代(F1),再由 F1 個體自交產生 F2,過程中以十一組微衛星標幟檢測個體基因型,以監控其遺傳多態性和 基因型頻率。結果各族群多態性訊息含量(PIC)分別為 BI:0.367;GWT:0.325;F1:0.402; F2:0.413,雜交後 F1 族群基因多態性明顯提高,自交族群 F2 則與 F1 相當。基因型頻率 方面,雜交後基因型種類幾乎為親代總和,除了 T3P2090 之 442 基因型消失。F1 與 F2 之 各基因頻率差異不大。在雜交與選拔後只有 T1P2034 之 274 基因型頻率是 F1 均較兩親代 族群高,而 F2 又比 F1 高,此基因型被認為可作為與產蛋性能相關之候選標幟。
Brown Tsaiya LRI 1 (BI) is an excellent layer duck line which has been selected and bred for years by Ilan branch, Livestock Research Institute, Council of Agriculture. For export, The hybrid line F1, of which parents have higher estimated value of breeding (EBV) for fertility and lower inbreeding coefficient, was developed with drake of germplasm white Tsaiya (GWT) ducks crossed female of BI. The F2, of which parents were selected by the same criteria as F1, was inbred from F1 individuals. The genetic variety and genetic frequency of populations during the process of breeding were monitored by 11 microsatellite markers. The results of the polymorphism information content of BI, GWT, F1, and F2 populations were 0.367, 0.325, 0.402, and 0.413 respectively. The variety of F1 obviously got higher after cross and was similar to F2. In genetic frequency, the genotypes of F1 and F2 were almost the sum of BI and GWT, except for the disappearing of the 442 of T3P2090. The frequency of 274 of T1P2034 in F1 was higher than in both BI and GWT, but, lower than in F2. The 274 genotype of T1P2034 was considered a potential candidate of selection marker for fertility on Tsaiya ducks.
