本研究以紅豆品種高雄8 號及高雄9 號為材料,於2014 年春作種植於嘉義縣朴子市,探 討有機栽培間植綠肥處理方式所採收之紅豆種子,進行田間雜草調查(種類、乾重、密度)、 產量性狀調查(成熟莢數、成熟莢乾重、種子數、種子重、千粒重、小區產量)以及種仁抗氧 化能力分析(DPPH、ABTS、還原力、亞鐵螯合離子、總多酚、類黃酮、花青素含量),並 與慣行栽培作比較,結果如下:不同間植綠肥處理間的雜草相,雜草種類在生育初期以小 葉灰藋、香附子和龍葵最多,到中後期以芒稷和香附子最多;紅豆高雄8 號間植綠肥大豆 有最低的田間雜草密度與田間雜草乾重,紅豆高雄9 號間植太陽麻有最低的田間雜草密度 與田間雜草乾重;產量性狀方面,不同間植綠肥處理間紅豆高雄8 號間植太陽麻有較多項 較佳的產量性狀,紅豆高雄9 號間植田菁與綠肥大豆有較多項較佳的產量性狀,慣行紅豆 較間植綠肥處理有較高的成熟莢數、成熟莢乾重、種子數、種子重、種子千粒重、小區產 量,品種間相較紅豆高雄9 號有較高的成熟莢乾重、種子數、種子重、小區產量;不同間 植綠肥處理抗氧化能力間,2014 春作紅豆高雄8 號與紅豆高雄9 號在間植太陽麻與間植綠 肥大豆有較佳的抗氧化能力和活性,整體而言慣行栽培表現皆較間植綠肥處理為低,另外 抗氧化能力在高雄8 號與高雄9 號品種間並無一致的表現。

英文摘要

This experiment used adzuki bean Kaohsiung No.8 and Kaohsiung No.9 as experimental materials, which conducted at an organic farmland of Putzu, Chiayi County in 2013 and 2014 spring crop. Discussing adzuki bean seed using organic cultivation in different interplant green manures, which investigated weeds(species, density, dry weight), yield characters (mature pods of plant, weight of dry pods, No. of seed, weight of seed, weight of 1000 seeds, seed yield of plot) and seed antioxidant capacities(DPPH free radicals scavenging effect, ABTS free radicals scavenging effect, ferrous iron chelating capacity, reducing power, total phenolies, flavonoids, anthocyanins contents), and then compared with conventional cultivation. The results are as follows: Talk about the weed species between different interplant green manure treatments, Chenopodium serotinum L., Cyperus rotundus L. and Solanum nigrum L. had the most percent of weeds in the early growth stage, in the middle and late growth stage, Echinochloa colona (L.) Link. and Cyperus rotundus L. had the most percent of weeds;Kaohsiung No. 8 which interplanted soybean had the lowest weed density and dry weight of weeds, Kaohsiung No. 9 which interplanted sun hemp had the lowest weed density and dry weight of weeds. Speaking of yield characters, Kaohsiung No. 8 interplanted sun hemp had more better yield characaters between different interplant green manure treatments, Kaohsiung No. 9 interplanted sesbania and soybean had more better yield characaters between different interplant green manure treatments, conventional cultivation had higher mature pods of plant, weight of dry pods, No. of seed, weight of seed, weight of 1000 seeds and seed yield of plot than interplant green manure treatments, Kaohsiung 9 had higher weight of dry pods, No. of seed, weight of seed and seed yield of plot between two varieties; last but not least, as the antioxidant capacities between different interplanted green manure treatments, Kaohsiung No. 8 and Kaohsiung No. 9 at 2014 spring crops also had better antioxidant capacities with interplanted sun hemp and interplanted soybeans;compared with interplanted green manure treatments, conventional cultivation had lower performance overall; there was no consistent performance of antioxidant capacities between Kaohsiung No. 8 and Kaohsiung No. 9.
