對成年人來說，原發性後腹腔畸胎瘤是相對比較少見的。我們報告一個17歲女性左側後腹腔畸胎瘤病例，這個16.5×11.8×7.5 公分大的腫瘤壓迫左腎至中線部分。
英文摘要
A primary retroperitoneal teratoma is a relatively rare disease in adults. We report on a 17-yr-old female with development of a retroperitoneal teratoma, 16.5×11.8×7.5 cm in size, which resulted in displacement of the left kidney.
