茲報告一例腎盂黏液素腺癌同時合併有尿路結石(鹿角形腎結石，上段輸尿管結石)及阻塞性腎病變，手術發現腎臟含有約2800毫升黏液狀物質，經一系列檢查(含鋇劑腸造影及電腦斷層)並沒有發現腹部內臟有任何病灶，該病患術後一年仍健在。

A case of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the renal pelvis occurring in association with urolithiasis (staghorn stone, upper third ureteral stone) and obstructive uropathy is reported. The kidney contained 2800 ml of jelly-lkie material. A series of careful surveys of the abdominal viscera failed to find any other primary lesion, and the patient is still doing well 1 year after operation. (J Urol R.O.C., 9:196-199,1998)
