膀胱澱粉樣變性腫瘤是泌尿科一少見的疾病，其臨床症狀及膀胱鏡的發現與膀胱腫瘤極為相似。我們報告一例68歲女性患者，入院主訴為無痛性、眼觀性的全程血連及排尿困難。除膀胱病灶外，其他系列檢查均正常。膀胱鏡發現在頁部有一非乳頭狀的腫瘤。病患接受經尿道膀胱腫瘤切除手術，最終的臨床病理診斷為原發性膀胱澱粉樣變性腫瘤。此病患仍定期於門診追蹤，健康情形良好。文中並作文獻回顧。

Amyloidosis of the urinary bladder is a rare urological disease having similar clinical symptoms and cystoscopic findings to bladder tumors. Herein, we report a 68-year- old female who was admitted with the chief complaints of painless gross total hematuria with clots and dysu-ria. A series of studies were done to reveal normal findings except for a mass lesion in the blad-der. The cystoscopy revealed a non-papillary tumor at the dome with bleeding. Transurethral re-section of bladder tumor was performed. The final clinicopathological diagnosis was primary amyloidosis of the urinary bladder. So far, this patient is regularly followed at our out-patient clinic with stable condition. The literature is reviewed.(J Urol R.O.C., 9:200-203,1998)
