報告40位遺體解剖後，關於腎上腺總括的血液循環的發現。動脈支配起源於三個主枝：上，中，和下枝。每一主枝各有不同的分枝數目，從沒有分枝至多到三個分枝都有發現，並且以僅有一份枝者為最常見。上主枝源自同側的膈下動脈，下主枝源自同側的腎動脈。而中主枝乃最不規則，其可源自於三條血管：膈下動脈，主動脈，以及腹動脈幹，但是以主動脈為首要。關於左右兩側腎上腺的上主枝及下主枝的動脈循環變異，經過統計分析發現並無有義意的差別，但是中主枝則明顯展現出左右的不對稱性。

The findings of the general circulation of the adrenal gland in 40 autopsies are presented. The arterial supply arose from three pedicles: superior, middle, and inferior, Each pedicle had branches up to three or none and most commonly had one. The superior pedicle arose from ip-silateral inferior phrenic artery, and the inferior pedicle arose from ipsilateral renal artery. The middle pedicle was the most irregular and could arise from three vessels: inferior phrenic artery, aorta, and celiac trunk, and aorta was dominant. There was no significant difference of arterial variation of superior and inferior pedicles between the left and right adrenal glands (paired t tests, p > 0.05), but the middle pedicles showed asymmetrical character (p < 0.05).
