膀胱平滑肌瘤為一罕見之腫瘤，其真正病因仍不明。臨床上並無特定的表現，隨腫瘤的位置、大小不同而異六也有部份病例是無症狀，意外發現的。超音波可對腫瘤於膀胱的位置，和與周圍器官的相關情形提供良好解析，為建議之影像學檢查。其谷療方法的選擇也因腫瘤的位置、大小及甲起之後遺症不同而有不同的考慮。肺胱切開併腫瘤剜出術為簡單、有效的治療方式。此腫瘤經合適治療後預後良好。

A case of leiomyoma of urinary bladder is described. Bladder leiomyoma is rare and its eti-ology is unknown. The symptoms are various. Ultrasound offers advantages in diagnosis. Mana-gement such as transurethral resection, enucleaton, parital cystectomy and cystoprostatectomy have been reported. We suggest that open encleation is the optimal method for intervention of small leiomyoma of bladder. Its prognosis is good after proper treatment. (J Urol R.O.C., 8:214-216,1997)
