銅T避孕器是台灣地區常見的生育控制法，而避孕器造成子宮穿孔並非罕見的併發症。我們所報合的病例是罕見的銅T突穿子宮及膀胱並引起膀胱結石。經膀胱截石術及取出銅T後，病患夷期的尿路感染得予痊癒。
英文摘要
Perforation of the uterus by an intrauterine device (IUD) is fairly common. Here we re-ported a rare case of copper T perforation of the uterus and urinary bladder complicated with stone formation. The urinary tract infection was subsided after the removal of copper T. (J urol R.O.C., 8:217-219,1997)
