尖形濕疣侵入膀胱是很少見的。祇有四病例併有惡性變化被報告過。我們報告一位五十四歲男性病人罹患廣泛性肺胱尖形濕疣且並無尿道，肛門及生殖器的侵犯。雖以經尿道手術切除及5-fluorouracil治療(全身性及膀胱內化學治療)，經常性的復發及局部擴張的事實導致病人必須接受根除性的外科手術治療。病理以告顯示尖形濕疣及鱗狀細胞癌。我們並且回顧文獻。

Extension of condyloma acuminatum into the urinary bladder is rare. Only 4 cases of this disease undergoing malignant change have been reported. We report a 54-year-old man with extensive condyloma acuminatum of the urinary bladder and without a history of urethral and/or anogenital involvement. Though treated with transurethral resection and 5- fluorouracil (systemic and intravesical chemotherapy), frequent recurrence and evidence of local extension led to radical surgical treatment. Pathology revealed squamous cell carcinoma coexisting with condyloma acuminatum. (J Urol R.O.C., 8:157-161,1997)
