自發性尿液外滲在臨床上不常見，造成的原因有尿路結石，感染，狹窄，腫瘤與部份原因不明，而以輸尿管結石合併急性阻塞性尿路病變為最常見。臨床症狀主要為突發性上腹痛，易誤診為急性腹症而行剖腹探查手術。診斷上主要工具為經靜脈腎臟腎盂攝影。治療方式主要為保守治療並行輸尿管導管插入術與尿液引流。外科醫師唯有對此病有所認知，才能早期診斷與治療並減少不必要的剖腹探查術。

Spontaneous urinary extravasation is a rare condition; thus a case, in association with renal colic, is reported. Echography demonstrated rupture of the calycealfornix with perirenal homogenous fluid accumulation. Ureteral catheterization (Double J stent) was performed, and the patient's symptoms improved progressively. Repeat intravenous urography and echo graphy showed normally functioning kidneys and absorption of the ext ravasation. Conservative treatment for this condition is recommended except for frank rupture of the renal pelvis or ureter and formation of a perirenal abscess.
