本篇報告一例因輸尿管結石引起巨大腎積液，腎積液內儲存了3000C.C.之尿液。患者在接受左腎輸尿管切除術後情況極佳，本文就其診斷及治療經過作一詳細討論。
英文摘要
A case of unilateral giant hydronephrosis caused by ureteral calculi and containing 3000 C.C. of urine is reported. The patient made an uneventful recovery following nephroureterectomy. The diagnosis and treatment of the disease is discussed.
