中文摘要
原發性鱗狀上皮細胞癌在上泌尿道系統是相當少見的疾病。在文獻報告中它與尿道結石、慢性感染及阻塞有密切的關係。本文報導一同時存在於腎盂及同側中段輸尿管之原發性鱗狀上皮細胞癌的病例。
英文摘要
Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis is quite rare. It is closely associated with urolithiasis, chronic infection and obstruction. A case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis and ipisilateral ureter is reported.
