膀胱疝氣是一種並不少見的疾病，其造成的原因與一般腹股溝疝氣是一樣的：腹壁的缺陷或是附近支持組織的變弱。然而，陰囊的膀胱疝氣卻是泌尿科少見的疾病。在此我們報告兩例這種病例並討論脂肪瘤和陰囊膀胱疝氣的關係。

Urinary bladder herniation is not an unusual disease. The reason for its occurrence is the same as that for inguinal hernia: a defect in the abdominal wall or degenerative weakening of the supportive tissues. However, scrotal cystocele, which involves inguinoscrotal herniation of the bladder, is a rare urological condition. This report describes two cases of scrotal cystocele coexistent with lipoma and the possible correlation between these two conditions.
