膀胱癌肉瘤是一極罕見和極其侵犯性的疾病。由於其對放射線照射和化學治療效果不佳，預後通常很差，5年的存活率大約百分之二十。我們報告一例膀胱癌肉瘤的患者，接受根除性膀胱切除手術和人工迴腸膀胱重建術後，門診追蹤一年，健康情形良好。

Carcinosarcoma of urinary bladder is a rare and highly aggressive tumor with poor prognosis. The case of a 62-year-old man with urinary bladder carcinosarcoma is described. The patient underwent surgical extirpation of the bladder and reconstruction of the neobladder with modified Camey procedure. He was in good health one year postoperatively, without adjuvant therapy.
