本文報告一位88歲患者，因小便困難及血尿求診。住院檢查發現膀胱內巨大結石及腫瘤。病人接受恥骨上膀胱截石及腫瘤切片術，取出之結石大小為14*10*8cm，重量達1295g，其切片之病理報告為鱗動胞癌。根據文獻記載，這是重量排名第二位的巨大膀胱結石又同時合併鱗狀細胞癌，特此提出報告。

This is a study of an 88-year-old man who had difficulty in voiding and gross hematuria. Investigations revealed a giant vesical calculus with intravesical tumor mass. A suprapubic cystolithotomy and a bladder biopsy was performed. The vesical calculus measured 14*10*8 cm in size and weighed 1259g. A bladder biopsy revealed squamous cell carcinoma. To the best of our knowledge, this is the second largest calculus ever to be reported in coexistence with vesical squamous cell carcinoma.
