報告兩例前尿道瓣膜病例。兩位病人都是在探討尿路感染原因時而得到診斷。一位病人的前尿道瓣膜可在排尿膀胱尿道造影術中觀察到。兩位病人皆由膀胱尿道鏡術得到診斷。放射線學，尿路動力學和膀胱尿道鏡術的發現將於文中發表。兩位病例都由經尿道瓣膜切除術予以成功的治療。
英文摘要
Two cases of anterior urethral valves are reported in patients diagnosed during investigation for urinary tract infection. The valve could be demonstrated by a voiding cystourethrogram in one patient. Diagnosis was confirmed by cystourethroscopy in both patients. Radiological, urodynamic and endoscopic findings are presented. Both patients were treated successfully with transurethral valve ablation.
