發生於睪丸附近之原發性惡性脂肪肉瘤並不常見。本篇所報告的腫瘤，重量達530克。病理學檢查顯示其為一黏液性惡性脂肪肉瘤。在經過兩次廣範圍切除手術後，又發現有局部復發情形。因此乃施行根治性睪丸切除手術並切除部分右陰囊組織。病理報告顯示右側睪丸，副睪丸，以及精索組織均無惡性脂肪肉瘤細胞之浸潤。不幸後來又發生一次局部復發，病人接受更廣範圍之局部切除術及後腹腔淋巴節清除術，並加上術後的放射治療。經過兩年到目前均無再發。另我們也對睪丸附近惡性脂肪肉瘤的診斷，治療和預後做一討論。

Liposarcoma of paratesticular origin is rare. The tumor reported here weighed 530 grams, and histological investigation revealed a myxoid liposarcoma. Local recurrences were noted after previous wide excisions, and then radical orchiectomy and excision of part of the scrotal wall were performed. The resected testis, epididymis and spermatic cord were free of tumor cell microscopically. En bloc excision and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection and radiotherapy were done for another local recurrence. Now, two years after the last operation, no more new recurrence is noted. The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of paratesticular liposarcoma are discussed and relevant and relevant literature is reviewed.
