睪丸引帶和性激素在睪丸下降過程中扮演決定性的角色。本文觀察新生大白鼠睪丸下降過程中,雌二醇對睪丸,副睪丸及睪丸引帶之組織形態和蛋白質組成的影響。結果發現控制組的大白鼠在出後21天,睪丸完成下降;而接受雌二醇處裡的大白鼠在出生30天後,睪丸仍未完全下降。組織型態學檢查發現接受雌二醇處理的大白鼠,其鞘突的發育非常緩慢。電泳檢查發現,控制組和實驗組的睪丸,副睪丸及睪丸引帶之蛋白質成並無明顯差別。這些結果顯示雌二醇可抑制睪丸引帶及突鞘的發育,而引響睪丸下降。但本文中並未辨認出的睪丸,副睪丸及睪丸引帶中,可能受雌二淳影響之蛋白質。

英文摘要

Gubernaculum and sex hormones play critical roles in testicular descent. The ef-fects of 17B-estradiol on the histomorphology and protein profile of the testis, epididymis and gubernaculum in the neonatal rat were studied. In the control group, rats were injected subcutaneously with the vehicle, ethylene glycol, and the testes completedtheir desscent in about 21 days. In neonatal rats which were treated with 17 B-estradiol for 30 days, the tests remained in the abdomen. Histomorphological observation showed that the processus vaginalis was poorly developed. Protein profiles of the twsts and gubernacula did not reveal any significant difference between the control and experimental group. These results indicated that 17B-estradiol might suppress the development of the distal portion if gubernaculum, processus vaginalis, and therefore inhibit testicular descent. The molecule which might be suppressed by 17B-estradiol in the testis, epididymis or gubernaculum was not identified.
