無疑的，對於尿液的內引流而言，雙J型輸尿管導管是一個革命性的發明。但是，我們也常常可以發現在置放雙J型導管病人常常會有頻尿、下腹不適、腰痠、甚至腰痛的現象。所以，我們將病人的不適記錄下來，並在放置導管前後，將尿液做培養。此外，病人也接受逆行性膀胱攝影及排尿性膀胱尿道攝影已証實膀胱輸尿管逆流現象。在此，提出我們初步經驗，並做文獻回顧。

We try to find out the incidence of the cesicoureteral reflux after insertion of the double pigail ureteral stent and their bacteriological studies. In our 60 renal units, by retrograde cystogram and voiding cystouret hrogram, 58.3% stented ureter has V-U reflux when the bladder is full, 73.3% has V-U reflux when voiding. In our 55 stented patients, 45% experience bladder irritation and 65% feel flank pain during voiding.
