轉移到尿道的腫瘤是十分罕見的；其預後存活率很少超過一年。本文報告一個右腎細胞癌併發陰莖部尿道轉移的病例並做簡單的討論，可供日後同類疾病治療的參考。
英文摘要
Metastatic disease to the urethra is a rare entity. We report a case of renal cell carcinoma with penile urethra metastasis. The patient presented with painless total gross hematuria and died ten months agter diagnosis.
