中文摘要

能源管理為近年來十分熱門之議題,從《京都議定書》到《哥本哈根協議》對於能源使用與碳排放都十分重視。根據國際能源署(International Energy Agency, 2006a)的報告顯示,在眾多排放溫室氣體的產業當中,建築業就占了極大比例,這也顯現建築物能源管理的重要性。針對建築物能源管理而言,大多著重於更新節能設備而未對管理流程進行分析探討,同時許多既有建築在安裝設備上也遭遇許多難題。本研究藉由限制理論流程觀點,針對能源使用流程進行分析,並提出針對核心問題之促進方案來解決能源管理問題。

英文摘要

Energy management and related activities have become a hot topic in our life. From Kyoto Protocol to Copenhagen Accord show the emphasis putting on the using of energy and the emission of carbon dioxide. The report of International Energy Agency shows that the greenhouse gas emission has a great proportion in the buildings part. It evidences the important of the buildings energy management. However, many studies on the buildings energy management are concerned with upgrade the energy devices, not the processes of energy consumption. And the other issue occurs in existing buildings where the energy management devices are hard to set up. This article focuses on energy consumption process, and analyzes by the method of theory of constraints. The end of this article also proposes an injection for buildings to improve energy management process.
