中文摘要

本研究主要以專家系統為基礎,建構一個能讓使用者與維護人員進行知識蒐集與分享的知識庫,並讓使用者能透過人機介面經由推論引擎獲得所需的資訊與建議。另一方面也以智慧型平臺管理介面(intelligent platform managementinterface, IPMI)的概念,建置能經由網路自動監控和蒐集使用者端的設備狀況,利用遠端監控、監看使用者端,提升維護服務品質的遠端監控系統。 本研究之主要研究重點為:一、如何將對透過經驗產生的知識進行知識蒐集與儲存分享;二、如何將資訊服務的提供由被動提出轉換成主動預防,以提高資訊服務的滿意度。本研究所建置之校園資訊設備管理系統有以下貢獻:一、提供電腦相關資訊,有效降低資訊設備重複問題的發生率;二、提高工作效率;三、提高服務品質。

英文摘要

In this study, we constructed a knowledge-based expert system to provide client users and maintenance personnel to gathering and sharing their knowledge. Our system also allows user through man-machine interface and inference engine to gather the information and suggestion what user needed. In another, we use the intelligent platform management interface to constructed a monitoring system which use network to auto collect the client-device's situation. This system uses the remote monitor which can enhance the service quality and improve the performance. The research focus in this study as following: (1) How to gathering and sharing knowledge from the people's experience and exercise? (2) Improve the information service satisfaction from passive converted into active prevention. The system which constructed in this study has the following contributions: (1) Provide user the information which they need and decrease the iterate errors or situations. (2) Improve the efficiency of information service. (3) Enhance the information service quality.
