本研究以米糠當作碳源,添加乙二胺作為氮源,藉由水熱法合成水溶性螢光碳奈米點(Carbon nanodots, C-dots)。此方法成功應用於偵測自來水中的次氯酸根,所得到的碳奈米點具有良好的水溶性質和良好的螢光特性,且發出藍色螢光,並利用ESCA、FT-IR、Zeta電位鑑定碳奈米點的特徵,亦探討其螢光性質對耐鹽度和其穩定度的影響。最後,成功地將其作為偵測次氯酸根的螢光探針,線性範圍在 0.8~ 50 μM(R2 = .9957),偵測極限(limit of detection, LOD)為 0.4 μM。本研究成功開發出低成本、簡便且快速合成水溶性螢光碳奈米點的方法,並可應用於檢測水中的次氯酸根。

英文摘要

This study developed a hydrothermal method for the preparation of water-soluble carbon nanodots (C-dots) from rice bran as carbon source, and 1, 2-diaminoethane as nitrogen source. This method was successfully used as fluorescent probes for detecting hypochlorite in tap water. The prepared C-dots have good water-solubility, photochemical stability and blue fluorescence under UV exposure. We characterized the synthesized C-dots by ESCA, FT-IR and Zeta potential. Finally, we also successfully demonstrated that this C-dot could be used as a fluorescence sensor of hypochlorite. The linear response range of hypochlorite (R2 = .9957) was from 0.8~ 50 μM. The detection limit (S/N = 3) was as 0.4 μM. Therefore, we successfully developed a facile, fast and low-cost method to synthesize water-soluble fluorescent C-dots, and it could be used as a hypochlorite sensor for real sample.
