中文摘要

學生輔導工作有助於塑造友善的校園氣氛,促進學生身心健康與學習。本文闡述臺灣學生輔導工作現況,並探討美國學校諮商師學會之學校諮商模式、英國教育部提出之學校為本諮商策略,以及澳洲輔導與諮商學會之學校關懷架構,進而提出我國實施學生輔導工作的建議,以做為國內學生輔導工作計畫與執行之參考。

英文摘要

Student guidance can help construct friendly school ethos and promote students’ wellbeing and learning. This article demonstrate the current situation of student guidance work in Taiwan, and explorer foreign student guidance model, including American School Counselor Association’s national model, Department for Education of United Kingdom’s school based counseling strategies, and Australian Guidance and Counseling Association’s care in schools frameworks. Some suggestions were proposed to enhance the application of student guidance work in Taiwan.
