研究者於一所綜合大學師資培育中心開設生命教育課程,邀請中學生命教育教師進行合作規劃、協同教學,並透過參與觀察、訪談、作業分析等方法,進行行動研究。本研究針對此一合作歷程,以合唱交響曲為喻進行闡述,包括下列六階段:一、前奏曲(合作契機):敘述雙方在合作前各自的發展脈絡與沿革,並說明教學合作理念;二、協奏曲(課程規劃):雙方共同規劃課程之歷程;三、大合唱(教學實施):雙方各司其職、相互配合,帶領師資生學習生命教育理論與實務教學技巧;四、掌聲響起(學習成果):師資生獲得自我生命反思成長、生命教育實務教學啟發,以及整合理論與實務的能力;五、迴旋曲(行動反思):研究者回顧課程規劃與實施,進行反思;六、繞梁之音:對未來的建議與展望。本研究透過開創協同教學模式,成功連結理論與實務,在生命教育師資培育上具有重要的實務價值。
This action research presented the process of collaboration between a university instructor and a group of high school teachers on a life education course offered to preservice students in a college teacher education program. The entire process was described as an analogy of orchestrated symphony with six phases: 1. Prologue: prior development and initiation of collaboration on both sides; 2. Concerto: actual collaboration on course planning; 3. Chorus: course implementation and actual instruction; 4. Bravo: pre-service students demonstrated the ability to integrate theory and practice of life education through selfreflection and lessen plan design; 5. Rondo: the instructor’s reflection on the collaboration; 6. Epilogue: suggestions for future actions. This research established a new collaborative teaching model for life education in teacher education and successfully integrated theory and practice, thereby making unique contribution to the field.
