本研究目的乃探討社區中老年人接受大腸癌篩檢之相關因素。研究方法採橫斷式相關性研究，於 2015年10月至2016年1月便利取樣50-74歲居住在台灣南部某社區的中老年人，共200位完成填答問 卷。以描述性統計和邏輯式迴歸等統計方式進行資料分析。本研究樣本中有31% (62位)有篩檢行為者， 邏輯式迴歸模式顯示過去一年參加全身性健康檢查、醫護人員寄通知單或就診時提醒及篩檢態度是影響 社區中老年人大腸癌篩檢行為的重要因素。研究結果提供中老年人大腸癌篩檢的促進因素及障礙是重要 的社區介入前評估，社區護理師可以透過多元健康檢查、多管道醫護人員提醒和設計加強篩檢態度的衛 教方案，以促進社區中老年人接受大腸癌篩檢。

The aim of this study was to examine the associated factors influencing the colorectal cancer screening among older adults in the community. This was a cross-sectional correlation study. The data was collected from October 2015 to January 2016 in a convenience sample. Participants (N=200), all of who were 50-74 years old from a southern Taiwan community and completed questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Thirty-one percent (n = 62) of participants received the colorectal cancer screening within the past two years. Logistic regression analysis showed that there were three factors that influencing colorectal cancer screening, including whether a person had received physical examination in the last year; whether a person had received the reminder or notice from doctors/nurses, and positive attitude towards screening. It is important to assess the barriers and facilitators of implementing colorectal cancer screening program among elder adults in the community. Community nurses were able to implement multi-component health examination, multi-facet reminders of health providers and health education programs specific to colorectal cancer screening in order to promote older adults to receive screening.
